Hi, I'm Vito, your host in Milan
I started RAM to offer what I would want when moving to a new city: a clean home, a clear contract and a person who answers.
Originally from Puglia, I live in Milan, where I work as an IT project manager. I've been a host since 2012 and today I welcome guests in north-east Milan, first in my own apartments in Turro and Via Val di Non, then as co-host for the owners of two apartments in Precotto.
How I work
- I answer personally, usually within a few hours, in Italian or English.
- Self check-in with clear instructions, and I'm available if anything goes wrong.
- Professional cleaning before every arrival, fresh linen and towels.
- Transparent prices: what you see is what you pay. For monthly stays bills are included.
- Regular contracts for stays over 30 days, registered with the tax office.
Co-hosting in Precotto
The two apartments in Precotto belong to private owners. I manage them as co-host: pricing, guest communication, cleaning and maintenance. If you own a flat in Milan and want it managed the same way, write to me.
