Bright Precotto home for up to 8 · two connected flats · M1
Two connected flats for families and groups up to 8, 350 m from the M1.
Our apartments are in a real Milanese neighbourhood, not a tourist area: quiet streets, a canal with a cycle path and the liveliest nightlife district just a few stops away.

Is Precotto–Turro a good area to stay in Milan?
Yes, for quiet and value: it is a residential area of north-east Milan along the Naviglio Martesana cycle path, with 24-hour supermarkets, the NoLo district nearby and two M1 stations (Precotto, Turro). The Duomo is about 20 minutes away and Milano Centrale about 15.
The 15th-century canal crosses Gorla, Turro and Precotto. Along the water runs a pedestrian and cycle path lined with Art Nouveau villas, perfect for a morning run or a bike ride towards Cassina de' Pomm and the city centre.
NoLo (North of Loreto) is the most creative area of Milan: bars, bistros, the Teatro Studio Melato and the Zelig cabaret on Viale Monza. Around the Martesana there are historic trattorias with pergolas and a pub inside an old tram.
