Where should you stay for Salone del Mobile 2027? Choose a flat on the M1 red line: trains bound for Rho Fiera run with no changes, so you board near your door and get off at the fair. Our Precotto apartment sleeps up to 8 and starts at €85 per night, which makes it easy to split between a stand crew.
The M1 red line. Precotto and Turro are both on it. Take a train in the direction of Rho Fiera Milano (not every train goes to the end of the line, so check the destination on the display). You do not change at Duomo, Cadorna or anywhere else.
In the evening the same line takes you back to Cadorna, Duomo and Corso Buenos Aires. The Duomo is about 20 minutes from our stops.
The fair is held in April, together with Milan Design Week in the city. The exact dates change each year and are published by the organiser, so check the official website before you book. If you already know your dates, the booking calendar on each apartment page shows whether they are free.
| Option | Good for | Things to check |
|---|---|---|
| Hotel near Rho | One person, one night | Prices rise sharply in fair week, and you often have no kitchen |
| Hotel in the centre | Evenings out | Metro commute to the fair, high rates |
| Apartment on the M1 | Teams, 3+ nights | Direct metro, kitchen, shared cost |
An apartment is not always cheaper for one person on one night. It becomes a strong choice for groups and longer stays, where you split the price and use the kitchen for breakfast.
Prices below are host prices from our rate settings, before platform fees. Event dates can carry special rates, so the calendar is the reference for the exact total.
| Apartment | Guests | Base per night | Weekend | Cleaning (once) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Comfort apartment, Precotto | up to 8 | €85 | €100 | €70 |
| Studio, Turro | up to 2 | €71 | €71 | €83 |
| One-bedroom, Via Val di Non | up to 2 | €98 | €98 | €59 |
The Precotto apartment has a weekly discount of 8% and a monthly discount of 15%. The studio in Turro (minimum 30 nights) and the one-bedroom in Via Val di Non (minimum 28 nights) are for long stays only, so they suit exhibitors who stay for weeks, not for a single fair visit.
The Milan tourist tax is €9.50 per adult per night for the first 14 nights; under-18s are exempt.

Design Week is the busiest week of the Milan year. Start looking four to six months ahead, and send a request as soon as you know the dates. Fair weeks and events can carry higher rates, and the best-placed flats go first.
Yes, for the Turro studio and the Val di Non flat. For stays over 30 days we sign a registered transitional lease; you can read how it works in the guide to monthly rentals. Without a three-month deposit, as explained in our page on apartments in Milan with no deposit.
Open the booking calendar on the apartment page, pick your dates and send the request. If you are not sure which flat fits your team, send me a message with your dates and number of guests and I will reply with the total price.
